Dynamic Fitness RESULTS Program helps our members achieve their health goals by connecting them with our skilled fitness professionals and programs. Whether it’s Personal Training, D-Fit Team Training,  or with our Myzone interactive wearables, members value and invest both time and money into getting and staying fit. Position Summary:

Personal Trainers are responsible for supporting all members in championing happier, and healthier lives by building and nurturing relationships. They provide a positive member experience that is educational, supporting, and upholds the integrity of the Dynamic Fitness Brand.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Certification/Education:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certified
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
  • National Certification Required
Experience:
  • Personal Training experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Knowledge of proper exercise techniques and the principles of physical fitness
  • Must be able to operate fitness machines and equipment
  • Ability to work with computers
  • Must have good interpersonal communication skills (orally and written)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills (active listening)
  • Independent, self-motivated, (inner drive)
  • Must be able to work with people in a “team” atmosphere
Physical Qualifications:
  • Ability to work in club office; move about the club floors and rooms; review, revise, create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public
  • Required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing, walking, and sitting.
  • Ability to communicate telephonically with employees, members, and the public
  • Ability to access and operate company computer systems including prepare documents, enter data into a computer system, read reports from a computer database or email system
 
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
